Remembering 9/11

Betsy Gotbaum said this morning, "September 11 is a day of sadness and reflection for all Americans -- especially New Yorkers.

I remember this day seven years ago. It wasn't a time for politics, it was a time that all New Yorkers came together regardless of partisanship.

Today, I am honored to participate with my fellow elected officials and Americans coming together to honor the memory of all those lost."
